Powered by the STM32F405 processor, the flight controller is the first to integrate the highly regarded Bosch BMI088 6-axis IMU while supporting INAV. Renowned for its outstanding vibration resistance, temperature stability, and measurement accuracy, the BMI088 delivers smoother flight characteristics, improved positioning, and enhanced flight reliability even in demanding environments.
Compatible with both Mission Planner and INAV Configurator, the F405 V2 makes firmware installation, updates, and tuning simple, giving pilots access to advanced navigation features, autonomous flight modes, and highly customizable flight control settings.
Paired with an ESC running BlueJay 48K firmware, the stack minimizes electrical noise and improves motor efficiency, resulting in more stable flight performance, cleaner sensor data, and enhanced GPS Position Hold accuracy.
Installation is quick and hassle-free thanks to the plug-and-play design. The flight controller features 6 UARTs, 10 PWM outputs, I2C, SWD, and a USB Type-C interface, while socket-based connections reduce soldering and simplify wiring for faster, cleaner builds.
The included ESC is built with premium 40V 165A MOSFETs featuring an ultra-low 1.1mΩ RDS(ON). This advanced power system reduces heat generation, increases efficiency, improves current handling, and provides reliable performance during continuous high-load flights.
Designed for modern HD FPV systems, the integrated AT7456E OSD supports seamless integration with the DJI O3 Air Unit, providing a clean and stable power supply for improved HD video quality and enhanced Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) performance.
